• Original Buyer can stitch GBG designs onto gifts and items to sale. There is no limit to the quantity of "sew outs" sold.
• You may sew out just the Text or just the design without the text.
• The designs, photos and GBG Artwork remains the property of GBG.
• You may change color and size of "sew out".
• You can NOT share, copy, give, trade, upload, re-bundle, email, sell or transfer and distribute any of the GBG designs or files.
• Remember this applies to Free designs also.

**Please take note if you sign up with a false email address and the welcome email is bounced back to me your account will be deleted. If you feel you did use the correct email and your account has been mistakenly deleted you may sign back up but check the spelling of your email address carefully, it may have been misspelled the first time causing the bounced back emails.

At GoodiesByGail, Gail takes the most care possible in protecting your privacy. This site does have a SSL Certificate installed. Gail can not guarantee complete security on stored information. The most important security pages are Registration, Account, Login and Payment.

How your information is used.
Any information you send to Gail will not be shared or sold to others. Gail is the sole employee and owner of GBG so her eyes are the only one who sees your submitted infromation.

Your Account.
Your information you supply at registration can be updated via your "My Account" page. Make sure your information is up to date so there is less of a chance of a delivery delay. You may contact Gail if you would like to cancel your account. All your information will be deleted from the database.

GoodiesByGail offers 3 shipping methods. Most purchases can be direct downloaded once payment has been received. Personalized & custom designs can only be delivered by email. A mailed CD can be purchased for any designs you purchase that do not come on a CD already. If you purchase an item that already comes on a CD any other purchases can be placed on the same CD without haveing to pay seperately for another CD.

• Direct downloads will show up as a link right after payment is made or it will appear under your order history in "My Account". You will have 3 days to make the one download.
• Personalized Designs are made within 24 to 48 hours of receiving payment. Designs will be emailed ASAP once complete. Please have the correct email address on your payment. Gail is not responsible for emails that bounce back.
• Mailed CDs are made ASAP once payment is recieved and shipped within 24-48 hours by First Class mail.
• Money Order Purchases will be delivered by the appropriate method mentioned above once payment is cleared. Please print a copy of your order to send with payment.

As with all digital media, all sales are final. If within a reasonable time frame something goes awry, a replacement may be sent out with proof of purchase. All replacements can be made within 1 month after purchase and can be requested through email. No need to send the original CD back if requesting a CD replacement.


Downloads become available within in minutes of paying with Paypal. DO NOT FORGET TO DOWNLOAD YOUR PURCHASES! You can download from your Account History within the 3 days. Gail will only keep resetting the download a minimum number of times before Gail gives up. Gail does send out emails trying to notify you of the reset.

After Free Designs are downloaded, the order with a zero balance will be deleted from the website to preserve database space.

Extra Information

Third Party Websites.
GoodiesByGail does provide link exchanges with other craft, sewing and embroidery type websites. Gail is not responsible for third-party transactions. Aquaint yourself with their policies.

Members
If a member has commited Fraud and Copyright violations it is Gail's right as owner to refuse or delete any account.

Your IP address is logged so that password shareing is detected.
Current Members are updated on a regular basis so an account that has not been accessed in a few months will be deleted.
Gail has the right to verify the accuracy of account information. You may receive an email inquiring about the information that was provided. All information needs to be accurate and up to date so you receive the best possible service from GoodiesByGail.
